Dear Friends of the Shrine and the Community,
The Jubilee now coming to a close has been a time of grace in which we have rediscovered God’s faithfulness and His presence that accompanies us in our daily lives.
As we enter the Holy Christmas festivities, we wish to look back with gratitude on the past year and with hope to welcome what the Lord will give us in the time to come.
The birth of Jesus reminds us that God comes precisely where we most need light, peace, and courage. His presence consoles the heart and gives us the strength to look forward with confidence.
May these holidays be for each of us a moment of respite and inner renewal, in which the love of the Child of Bethlehem illuminates relationships, strengthens goodness, and rekindles hope.
