Forgiveness is the great motif of the liturgy of the XXIV Sunday of Ordinary Time/A.
What Jesus proposes is boundless: “up to seventy times seven”, that is, always.
The story of the parable of the merciless servant who, having had a large debt forgiven, is unable, in turn, to forgive a much smaller debt, explains the meaning of the Master’s message: to be forgiven by God, one must forgive from the heart brothers.
We entrust all the devotees of the Archangel to his protection and together we pray to the Lord to teach us to love and forgive our brothers, as He loves and forgives us all.
